The immigration agency, Kanset, came to August Media in search of an entire brand refresh - I was responsible for renewing their logo design, type and some web work.
The leading visual motif chosen in Kanset's rebrand is a bird called the Arctic Tern, playing a main role in the direction of the identity. Associated with migration, strength and and freedom - the team at Kanset felt this bird aligned with the company’s vision for its clientel, synonymous with the immigration process. I'm most proud of the ‘K’ that incorporated a flying Arctic Tern - it’s wings widely spanning the letterform, meant to invoke the feeling of freedom and safe travel.
